The German group MAHLE Behr is a leading global supplier of automotive components and a pioneer in future mobility solutions.

For over 20 years, IPEC Group has been the driving force behind the development of the Senica Industrial Park, serving as both investor and developer of production halls and research facilities for MAHLE Behr. This initiative, undertaken without public funding, encompasses more than 30.000 m² of usable space.

IPEC has managed land preparation, infrastructure development, and the construction of production and R&D facilities. A new 13.000 m² production hall, scheduled for completion and handover in autumn 2023, will create 350 new jobs, enhance flood protection for the municipality, and introduce a publicly accessible green zone with a landscaped park for recreational and sports activities.

These production and R&D spaces are dedicated to the manufacturing and research of automotive cooling systems. The expansion of the MAHLE Behr Senica plant will support up to 1.000 jobs, many of which are for highly skilled professionals.
